Very impressed with the cleanliness, app and most important for me the care! First time in I noticed the facility, location and medical suggestions, they really take the time to listen. I will be keeping my member ship and switching to Modren Animal as my primary vet. Price is similar to other vets. Fun perks include a mini fridge with drinks for pet parents. For the pups they have jars full of treats pill pockets and more. As a memeber I get no charge visits and a 10 percent discount on all services. SO glad I switched to modern animal. Update: 6/12 Rico got his first dental (6 extractions) with his vet, Jessica, he came out amazing not too drugged up like the other place we went to, they took their time, communicated EVERY step of the way and the price was fair, highly recommend for dental.

I truly have loved every experience here but today while my dog was having a procedure Dr. Robson exceeded my expectations. As a worried dog mom, I was put at ease with the consistent and prompt communication. Additionally, I truly believe they took the best care of my boy!

This is the needed change in veterinarian care. The membership allows 24/7 virtual care and multiple locations. The clinics are new, clean, and have the latest in technology. We have used two locations and had great experiences with the doctors and staff!!

By far the best vet I've been to! When I showed up for my pup's appointment, they immediately took me back to the room and got information instead of making me sit in the waiting room for my appointment. Dr. Kohout and the techs were super kind and patient, very gentle and understanding with my anxious dog and even sent him home with a new toy! Never have I been to a vet that gives their patients a new toy! They also followed up the day after to make sure my pup was doing well after his vaccines! 6/5 stars!

From the moment I walked into Modern Animal, I felt like my fur babies and I were in good hands. The office has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and the staff was incredible - knowledgeable, helpful, and truly affectionate with my pets. I'm so relieved to have found a vet clinic that feels like such a great fit. I had the best vet experience so far at Modern Vet! I was seen right away and the nurse, Jodi was so great with my dog, Bodhi and was extremely thorough with pricing and treatment. Dr. Jessica was truly amazing. She has great bedside manner and I’ve truly never seen my dog this happy at a vet visit. This will now be my regular vet!

I want to thank everyone at Modern Animal, from the veterinarian technicians to the veterinarian Dr. Shana Robson, who are an amazing team at the Addison location. From the first time we took our sweet girl Luna there, we knew we had chosen the best place and team to care for all her needs. Yesterday we lost our girl to a car accident, and we informed Modern Animal of the tragedy. Our sweet girl was very loved by the staff here and this morning we received a bouquet of flowers from their office. Me and my husband just cried our eyes out because we didn’t expect this but it didn’t surprise me, because they’re simply the best and care for each one of their fur babies. They don’t see your fur baby as another animal, they become like family. I want to recommend this place 100%, they genuinely care and truly love what they do. Thank you so much for such a lovely gesture in our time of grief. Thank you Modern Animal! Luna loved yall so much!

Here’s a clean, polished version with everything included:We brought our two newly adopted kittens in today from the Dallas Animal Shelter. I’ll admit, after seeing some reviews on TikTok, I was a little hesitant but our experience was completely different.I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years, so I can be pretty particular about service, but they truly did a great job. Both the tech and the vet were very communicative, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. We also didn’t have a long wait time, which was a huge plus.I really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and how they walked me through what needed to be done right away versus what could wait. They even price matched some medication, which was incredibly helpful.Overall, I felt heard, informed, and taken care of I would recommend them 100 times.

I adopted a Pomeranian mix from Dallas Animal Services in March. Included in the adoption packet was voucher for a year membership with Modern Animal, and I am LOVING it so far! It has a simplistic vibe to it through their use of what I would consider mellow colors. The staffs wear customized scrubs that is a beautiful shade of blue. Everything they wear is Modern Animal. Blue(my kiddo) and I have received top tier service on EVERY SINGLE VISIT. My doctor's office is about 2 minutes away from there, and the service I receive there compared to the service Blue receives is night and day. I'm seriously jealous😂. I jokingly wish Blue would get sick more often so we can get an excuse to visit the clinic. We live an hour to and from the clinic, and I still choose to stick with MODERN ANIMAL for EVER. Words fail me in describing how much I love this place. There's almost zero wait time, the clinic smells amazing, the rooms are well organized. The only thing on the counter is a jar of cotton balls and qtips. Everything else is nicely tucked away. They have an so where I can chat or speak to a staff wherever I have any questions or concerns. Try Modern Animal at your risk, because you're bound to get hooked on their wonderfulness.
